A Wee Look Into Scotland June 15, 2015Leave a comment Can you spot the walking bridge?? So many pathways to hike and bike on. The park in the river bed below Edinburgh. Awesome and well kept landscaping in this city! An old Scottish Church! Bring on the sun. Main Street in old town Edinburgh! All of the stone is weathered from the windy, cold, and wet Scotland weather. Edinburgh city views! Such goth, and romantic buildings. Did I already mention Scotland is an oasis created by Mother Nature? The Duke’s Castle! One of the coolest, most preserved places of history I have ever been to! Peacock spotted in the grounds of a castle owned by a Scottish Duke! Vibrant colors! The first Scottish pub! Enjoying the tourist break with a pint of Stella. This was the fastest moving water I have ever seen! Beautiful morning light before the clouds rolled in over the hills. The streets of Edinburgh! Now I see where JK Rowling got inspiration for the world of Harry Potter. Another picture from the Scotland Sunset! This intersection had fabulous landscaping, architecture, and statues. This spot, about 50 feet from our hotel, had the most beautiful natural light from the afternoon sun! Edinburgh Alley Way! So many of these hidden in the cobble stone streets. The mountain in the distance is the highest in the Scotland Highlands! Pretty cold at this look out. Scotland reminded me of a European Colorado. So lush, beautiful, and serene! This photo was taking in the Scottish Highlands.
