LUSH Oxford St. Haul

It is official! I’ve tried ALL of my Oxford St. goodies! This calls for another exclusive LUSH re-stock.

It is bittersweet to see some classic LUSH products (Grass Shower Gel, Phoenix Rising Bath Bomb, and You Snap The Whip Body Butter- full list) retiring. On the bright side, Oxford goodies will FINALLY be available in North America to replace these cult classics. Any ideas to what the new products will be??

Anyways… time to get back on track with this haul. I am surprised I did not by the entire store, especially the 200 limited edition, exclusive products (take a peak inside LUSH Oxford Street in my earlier post). Promising myself to only purchase unknown goods, I ended up with 14 products: 8 featured in this blog, and 6 more in the next!

  • Rub Rub Rub Solid Body Scrub – A three star product! Very course, with little moisture. Check out my earlier review for details!
  • Layer Cake Soap – A piece of heaven (for all fruit lovers). I am a sucker for anything fruit scented! Each layer in this soap consists of a different fruit juice, think lemon, lime, blueberry, strawberry, cranberry, and orange! Definitely a product to get, since it not only smells delicious, but also lathers well.
  • Milky Bubble Bar – You cannot beat a fresh scent! Ironically, I am not a huge milk drinker, but this Bubble Bar is a favorite: fresh scent, milky bubbles, + silver glitter. What more do you need?
  • Karma Bubble Bar – A famous LUSH scent in bubble form. Although, I believe LUSH has a Karma Bubble Bar now, but it is not as extravagant as this one! A mountain of Karma goodness complied of lemongrass, orange, and patchouli sounds.
  • Sugar Daddy-O Solid Conditioner – As a blonde, I am a major fan of the dark violet Daddy-O shampoo that spruces up any tired locks. Thus, this product was a must! Easy application, same scent, and no package waste – a shower essential for any blonde.
  • Intergalactic Bath Bomb – A fresh scent with a pop of color! I could not pass up this vibrant blue bomb with hints of neon. This Bath Bomb will create the perfect”OMG” moment for any LUSHie!!
  • The Experimenter Bath Bomb -Heptagon, rainbow swirl. A bath bomb filled with color, and more color! Nothing like it currently at LUSH Cosmetics. P.S. – this was the product showcased in The Experimenter video.
  • Wash That Man Right Out Of My Hair Shower Gel – A strong Olive Branch! I fell in love the second I smelt this glorious, rich product. Keeping the same idea behind Olive Branch Shower Gel – this product is infused with various oils that make for a luxurious wash.
  • Lord Of Misrule Shower Gel – Cult favorite scent! Like the above product, I am also in LOVE with this shower gel! I use it only for rare occasions, since I need some to partner with a Lord of Misrule Bath Bomb (when I find one)!

LUSH Oxford St. Revealed

Yes, it is true! I went to LUSH Oxford St. in London and basked in all its glory – a three floor LUSH filled with over 200 exclusive products and about 100 employees! I was speechless (no wonder I am having a tough time writing this post). My mother played photographer, while I journeyed around from station to station identifying all the exclusive goods! New face masks, hand creams, bath bombs, lotions, soaps, makeup, lip balm, and more… It was hard not to purchase them all! I went in thinking I would walk away with 5 products, instead, 14!!!

LUSH Kitchen Haul

The LUSH Kitchen is the holy grail for LUSHies. They make exclusive, retro, and sometimes pre-release LUSH goodies. It is hard to not purchase each week. I am proud of myself for holding back…. but, I did splurge for my birthday! Here is what I got:

  • Million Dollar Moisturizer – The new LUSH sun care line is available in parts of Europe. Unfortunately, North America is behind! I wanted to give this range a try before the summer disappeared! Million Dollar Moisturizer is a sweet, dewey product that makes your skin radiant!
  • Sesame Suntan Lotion – This is another product from the sun care line. I was eager to try a simple suntan lotion that had low protection. I rub Sesame Suntan all over for a delicious aroma and light protection!
  • Lemon Melt Shower Jelly – This is one of the first products LUSH Kitchen created. I read tons of reviews about this lemon-y wonderland! I had to give it a try since Back for Breakfast is my favorite shower gel ( a Retro, lemon-citrus combo).
  • Violet Nights Bath Oil – After reading Danger: Cosmetics-To-Go! I had to go for the Violet Nights. This is a lovely oil that creates a luxurious bath – originally from Cosmetics-To-Go. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying yourself! Plus, it makes your skin super super soft!

LUSH Kitchen boxes are filled with unique samples, a LUSH Kitchen goodie bag (filled with your order), and polaroids of the #LUSHKitchen staff! You can only order products from the Kitchen in the UK. Therefore, everything is sent Royal Post and in pounds. But let me tell ya… it is worth the conversion rate and splurge!

P.S. – Did you enter my giveaway yet?! Check out the instructions in my last blog post.

LUSH Soap Collection

So I decided to start the day off with a fun blog post about my array of LUSH Soap! I have a lot of different LUSH soaps that I use in my bath tub. I am not a huge fan of using them in the shower. Here is my current collection (minus two new soaps I purchased):

  • Snow Globe Soap – this is a great lemon/citrus scent! I just reviewed this one in a post below which you can find here.
  • Sultana of Soap – this is my FAVORITE LUSH soap… I cannot get enough of it. I have also reviewed this soap which you can find here.
  • Karma Soap – this is a very powerful soap because the smell is super strong. I have not yet reviewed this soap but will soon!
  • Angel’s Delight Soap – I love this LUSH holiday soap. I will review this product very very soon!
  • Banana Moon Soap – this is a part of the LUSH Retro collection. I have not yet tried this soap but am excited because I am an insane banana lover!
  • Honey I Washed The Kids Soap – I have not tried this soap yet… but it is a fan favorite from LUSH! It smells very similar to the It’s Raining Men shower gel.
  • Orange Jelly Soap – this is another soap from the LUSH holiday collection. I have already reviewed this soap which you can find here.
  • Putty For Your Hands Soap – this was a unique purchase for me. I have been using it a lot more because of the dry winter. Will be reviewing this soon!
  • Sexy Peel Soap – I have been using this soap for a while now.. that is why it is a lot smaller than the other! I have not yet reviewed this soap but it is a super exfoliator.
  • Mr. Punch Soap – this is again another soap from the LUSH holiday collection. I really enjoy using this soap! Will review very very soon.

I hope you enjoyed looking at all my soaps from LUSH! I switch them out in my tub every week to try a new one! LUSH soaps last a long long long time. So they are a great investment. I have added three new additions to my soap collection. These are the Porridge Soap, Figs and Leaves Soap and the Neon Love Soap from the LUSH valentines collection.

I will be posting my Valentines LUSH haul very soon! Let me know what soaps you have been using this year from LUSH!
